Mr. Matthew Worthy will share with you how he got into Information Technology and will take you on a whistle-stop tour of his career at Credit Suisse, highlighting how technology has fundamentally changed the way business is done in an Investment Bank.

About the Speaker

Mr. Matthew Worthy is an IT Director at Credit Suisse and is Head of Fixed Income IT Centres of Excellence (CoE) in AsiaPac.

Now based in Singapore, Matthew is keen to get his team excited about technology and what it can do for the Business. Over the course of his 14 years at Credit Suisse, Matthew has been involved in a number of technologies and faced the many challenges of developing and delivering distributed, component-based systems globally. Adding to his international experience, prior to Credit Suisse, Matthew worked for Unisys in Istanbul and Ciba-Geigy in Basel, Switzerland. Matthew got hooked on technology when he first set his eyes on a Sinclair ZX80!
