Central Concerns and Questions
We address various aspects of supply chain management problems. This ranges from issues at the supply chain level, such as designing a coordinated supply chain networks and deriving optimal allocations of assets across the supply chain, to issues that are pertinent to certain parts of a supply chain, such as real-time vehicle dispatch and routing, and multi-echelon inventory management.
Emerging Ideas and Initiatives
We are interested in the design of serious gaming in supply chains, involving strategic interactions among players in the supply chain. We are also investigating challenges in real-time sense-and-respond logistics systems which have to be adaptive in a dynamically changing environment.
