SIS graduates have enjoyed an enviable rate of employment over the years, with many having secured full time employment even before graduation. This outcome is not accidental, rather, it is a deliberate consequence of the training received through the BSc (IS Management) Programme.

The BSc (IS Management) Programme creates versatile Business IT professionals who can bring value to all phases of enterprise process improvement and IT projects. Our Programme equips our graduates with the flexibility to:

• Work in Technology Consulting, Technology Service Providers or End User Organisations in any sector of the economy; and
• Take up a variety of roles, namely as IT Software Professionals, Business IT Professionals or Business Professionals, in the organisations they work for.

They are also in high demand even when a Business End User Organisation outsources projects, as they bring immeasurable value in the planning and managing of outsourcing efforts, with their understanding of processes, systems and needs of the business user customers.

Our graduates have many career paths ahead of them. More importantly, the foundation from the BSc (IS Management) Programme allows them to grasp different opportunities as they grow in their careers. It enables them to successfully explore different interest areas, so that they remain relevant to the organisations they choose to work for, and allows them to develop and retain their lifelong curiosity and passion for leveraging business and organisational settings in line with their personal motivations.
