Enoch CH'NG

Enoch joined DBS Bank Ltd in May 2007 as Managing Director in its Corporate Office. His mandate includes the review and transformation of support infrastructure for the global financial markets business in DBS.
In his free time, Enoch runs a consulting practice specialising in payment systems and risk management issues. He is also a Director of Assetia Capital Management Pte Ltd.
Up until Mar 2006, Enoch was the Executive Director of the Specialist Risk Department (SRD) in the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). He represented the MAS in the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) Committee on Payment and Settlement Systems (CPSS). He also served as a resource person to the MAS Board Risk Committee and attended its meetings regularly.
Prior to joining MAS in 1998, Enoch held several key appointments in risk management and IT functions during his 10-year tenure at UBS AG. He was a Director of UBS (Futures) Pte Ltd, and as Alternate Director, UBS Data Systems Pte Ltd.
Before his career in UBS, Enoch worked for the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) for 9 years. He represented Singapore at the International Civil Aviation Organisation's Special Committee on Future Air Navigation Systems and at ad hoc international meetings to establish Area Navigation routes in the Asia/Pacific Region.
Enoch is keen in various voluntary works. He just completed his third term as a member of Singapore's National Trust Council that promotes the adoption of comprehensive risk management framework to reduce fraud in online transaction. He was the President of MAS Recreation Club (2002-04) and founding member of both the MIT Club of Singapore and Princeton Alumni Association of Singapore. He also served in Princeton Alumni Schools Council and MIT Educational Council.
Enoch holds a Master's degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He graduated from Princeton University with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering.
Randall E. DURAN

Randall E. Duran is the Chief Executive Officer of Catena Technologies Pte Ltd. He is responsible for general management and strategic customer engagements. Catena Technologies advises financial services firms on business process automation and enterprise integration solutions. Mr. Duran's current focus is on using innovative technologies to improve wholesale and retail banking processes.
Prior to founding Catena Technologies in 2002, Mr. Duran was the Vice President of Enterprise Solutions for Reuters PLC. In this capacity, he managed a team of consultants across Asia Pacific, who worked with banks, brokerages, and stock exchanges to create efficient and streamlined trading systems.
Mr. Duran began his career in the Silicon Valley in the early 1990s as one of the founders of TIBCO Inc., a pioneer in the field of middleware messaging technology. During his eight years at TIBCO, he worked with investment banks – such as Salomon Brothers, Goldman Sachs, Nomura Research, and HSBC – in New York and London, developing high-speed data distribution technology that supported the world's largest trading floors.
Randall E. Duran was awarded master and bachelor degrees in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (M.I.T).
Sandeep LAL

Sandeep was part of the PayPal executive team for eight years, from 2000 through mid-2008. In PayPal's pre-IPO phase, he was the Senior Vice President and head of Customer Service and Operations. Prio to PayPal's IPO and after their acquisition by eBAY, Sandeep served as a Vice President responsible for International Business. Finally, from 2005 through mid-2008, Sandeep was the PayPal executive responsible for all business in Asia.
Prior to joining PayPal, Sandeep spent 17 years at Citibank in a wide variety of roles in Operations and Technology as follows:
Vice President and Regional Head Operations & Technology (Treasury & Financial Markets) Singapore, 1996-2000, overseeing the operations 200+ staff covering settlements, reconciliations, middle office functions and a budget of $12M covering Foreign Exchange, Derivatives, Money markets.
Vice President and Derivatives Operations Head, New York, 1995- 1996, responsible for delivering on daily settlements, reconciliations, risk reports and middle office functions.
Vice President and Retail Banking Operations Head, Japan, 1994-96, Supervising 200+ staff and $14M budget (100 in phone banking and credit card support) in one of the most customer focused and quality conscious markets.
Vice President and Treasury and Financial Markets Operations Head, Japan, 1992-1994, automating the front end and back end operations for derivatives and delivered on control quality and 60% improvements in operational efficiency.
Vice President and Accounting Policy and Finance Head of the Trading and Capital Markets Business, Japan, 1989-1992, automating backend processes and providing guidance on complex accounting issues.
Vice President and member of the Internal Audit Treasury Risk Assessment Traveling Team, New York, 1987-1989, assessing the trading rooms in different countries covering (derivatives, foreign exchange, money markets and fixed income), operations and related front end and backend risk assessment .

K. Sajeeve THOMAS

Sajeeve has over 30 years of all-round experience in Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Capital Markets, Treasury, Risk Management and back-office processing and operations, retiring from Shinsei Bank Ltd., Japan in Oct 2006.
He joined Shinsei Bank in May 2000 as Chief of Staff to the Chairman and member of its management team and was subsequently appointed Senior Managing Executive Officer and Head of Retail Banking Group to establish a new business to serve its retail customers. In the five years of its operations from June 2001, the Group acquired over 1.8 million customers, became profitable within three years, and won several awards including being ranked No. 1 by the Nikkei Keizai Shimbun in Customer Satisfaction (2004-2006), Best Retail Bank in Japan by The Asian Banker (2005 & 2006), and for its popular internet banking, creative branch design and a unique and visible brand in Japan.
Sajeeve was with Citibank in New York (1999-2000), Japan (1988-1998) and India (1975- 1988). Among his various responsibilities, he was Country Treasurer & Head of Capital Markets at Citibank Japan, Member of Citicorp's Credit Risk Policy Committee and Market Risk Policy Committee, Head of Risk Management Division for Asia-Pacific, Country Treasurer & Head of Capital Markets for India and Sri Lanka, a Relationship Banker and Operations Officer in Citibank India .
He is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, India having passed out of its Post-Graduate Programme in Business Administration in 1975.
