The Asian Banker IT Implementation Awards
The Asian Banker publication organises an IT Implementation Award annually to identify the best IT implementation projects throughout Asia Pacific, jointly awarding banks and their IT partners. According to Dr Grace Liu, Senior Research Manager at the publication, the purpose of the Award is to contribute to the development of best practices and to identify emerging benchmarks that practitioners use in their technology and operational investment and implementation decisions. These awards aim to recognise projects that have significantly increased a bank's competitiveness through enhanced information technology functionality.
The winners for the 2009 IT Implementation Award were honoured at The Asian Banker Summit Summit held in Beijing in May 2009.
