All new and current Master of IT in Business (Financial Services) and Master of IT in Business (Service Sector Analytics) students can pursue the Master of IT in Business Dual Track. Under this new offering, the student will need to read additional courses as follow:
- 5 additional courses from the second track
- 1 capstone project from the second track
Additional fees of S$23,000 will apply and students must complete the dual track requirements within the maximum candidature period of 2 years (full-time) and 4-years (part-time).
Upon graduation, student will obtain:
- Master of IT in Business Degree
- MITB (Financial Services) Certificate
- MITB (Service Sector Analytics) Certificate
- Transcript with all the courses listed and counted towards the GPA

All new and current MITB (Financial Services) and MITB (Service Sector Analytics) students can choose to read additional courses above and beyond their degree requirements. Additional course fee of S$3,600 will apply for each additional course.
- Graded but no GPA, thus will not affect overall average GPA. Only CREDIT / NO CREDIT.
- Conversion to MITB Dual Track is not possible.
- Student will receive a single transcript will all courses listed.
Additional courses will also appear in the transcript with indication of CREDIT/ NO CREDIT.
We welcome past graduates of the MITB (Financial Services) and SMU alumni to tap on this opportunity to read the new courses offered in both the MITB (Financial Services) and MITB (Service Sector Analytics) tracks. Each course will be charged at S$3,600 and a Certificate of Completion will be issued upon completion of the course. No transcript and GPA will be offered.
