We are soliciting sponsorship to defray the costs of putting this event on from the university side. We have four different sponsorship tiers: platinum, gold, silver and bronze. We are open to special arrangements that will be attractive to potential sponsors, including funding of specific keynote speaker visits, or specific conference events, or invited research track activities.
A. Platinum: $20,000 (inclusive of Singapore GST)
- Opportunities for special events, functions or meetings with sponsor’s prospects or others
- Company name, logo and link on the conference website and in the conference proceedings
- Delegate list distribution after the conference
- 1 sponsor brochure and demo CD included in attendees’ registration package
- 3 complimentary full conference registrations for the sponsor and 1 standard exhibition space
- Company name, logo and link on the conference website and in the conference proceedings
- 1 brochure and demo CD included in attendees’ registration package
- 2 complimentary full conference registrations and 1 standard exhibition space
- Company name, logo and link on the conference website and in the conference proceedings
- 1 brochure and demo CD in attendees’ registration package and 1 full conference registration
- Company name, logo and link on the conference website and in the conference proceedings
Special Sponsorship Arrangements. We are open to discussing other means of providing sponsorship, and hope that we can craft win-win arrangements that will create value for everyone involved. Some examples might include opportunities for one-on-one meetings with our keynote speakers, or a chance to provide a briefing to the conference participants on a topic of the sponsor’s choice, or the sharing of some relevant announcements or news from the sponsor that will be of value to the conference participants.
