Openings Immediately Available for the following position:

KNOWLEDGE SPECIALIST – Banking Processes, Operations and Technology

Responsibilities

  1. Work with the faculty and the industry to determine the scope of the research.
  2. Responsible for information gathering and educational asset support related to banking processes, operations, technology systems and solutions.
  3. Gather and develop knowledge assets, examples and case studies through research to support the curriculum development of the Masters and Undergraduate s programmes.
  4. Convert student projects into case studies.
  5. Assist the faculty in the delivery of seminars and lectures and the facilitation of case study discussions.
  6. Design and maintain a knowledge repository for the purpose of sharing research materials, knowledge assets, examples and case studies with the faculty.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, or Information Technology & Systems, Industrial Engineering, or Library & Information Studies, or Education.
  2. Degree holders with 2 to 5 years of working experience.
  3. Exposure to IT systems and operations in the setting of Banking/Financial Services would be a strong advantage.
  4. Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to find, compile and consolidate information.
  5. Savvy with web applications, internet search and Microsoft Office software applications are essential.
  6. Strong interest in creating new learning and delivery models such as Wiki, collaborative learning platforms.
  7. Self motivated and resourceful.
  8. Experience in creating and using case studies or training material would be a strong advantage.
