About the Speaker

Venkat has about 25 years of international business management and consulting experience. He is the founder of Singapore based Knowledge Dynamics, a niche Business Intelligence service provider, that was acquired by Mahindra Satyam (NYSE:SAY) in 2005. He has architected and designed DW & BI systems for multiple banks in the region. He conceived, architected and directed the creation of an IP called iDecisionsTM which is a prepackaged Data Warehouse Data Model and Business Intelligence templates for Banks, apart from other industries like Insurance.  He authored the first release of a methodology for developing Business Intelligence solutions called On TargetTM, parts of which he taught as Adjunct Faculty in ISS, NUS. He has also contributed two chapters on DW & BI to the reference book titled "Advances in Banking Technology and Management: Impacts of ICT and CRM" published by IGI Global. Currently he is part of the Enterprise Business Services practice at Mahindra Satyam.
