Professional Experience
Stephen is a Partner with get2volume, a management and advisory services firm with offices in Singapore and San Francisco .
Stephen has over 30 years experience in executive management, corporate governance, risk management, control design and development. This experience includes 12 years as a senior “Big 4” partner for KPMG, Deloitte & Touché, as well as Grant Thornton. Stephen is Vice President and serves on the Board of Directors of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), San Francisco Chapter.
Stephen has extensive experience with early-stage companies including:
• CEO Advisor to The ID Hub Global Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-based IT startup.
• President of USA Uranium Corp., an early stage public company bringing new technology to
mineral exploration.
• CEO of Vigilant Privacy Corporation, where he led the company's product transformation from a
desktop offering to an enterprise solution.
• Board of Director for Telanetix, Inc., an early stage high definition video conferencing company,
and Rocket Information Systems Inc. an early stage search-engine company.
In addition, Stephen partnered diligence reviews for financial, technology and food production companies for investors and assisted several pre-IPO companies with compliance (SOX 404) projects.

years, he has lectured a graduate course on IT & Operational Audit, Risk and Controls.
