Abstract

A systematic review of database watermarking is provided in this talk. The existing database watermarking approaches are classified along six dimensions: data type, distortion to underlying data, sensitivity to database attacks, watermark information, verifiability, and data structure. Some open issues are discussed at the end of this talk.

Biography

Yingjiu Li is currently an Assistant Professor in the School of Information Systems at Singapore Management University. He received his Ph.D. degree in Information Technology from George Mason University in 2003. His research interests include applications security, privacy protection, and data rights management.
